Sinopse

In a dark corner of the attic, Ramón runs across an old cast-off clock of his grandfather?s. And Ramón decides to fix it. But the numbers are gone. Where can they be? So the boy decides to embark on a search for the missing numbers, and he finds them in the oddest places. The One is working as an old sailor?s harpoon; the Two has found a job as a duck in a target-shooting stand at a fair; and so he gradually finds them all. They?re all happy in their new places; they?ve grown and changed to adapt to their new life. For most of them it?s a more beautiful, thrilling life, and for the remaining few, it?s no more boring than sitting on the face of the clock. However, unlike before, it is a life they have chosen for themselves. So Ramón goes back home and decides to paint numbers on the watch face himself with his box of paints. And when he finishes painting the last number back on and flowers brighten up the clock case, the clock begins to run with its merry, monotonous tick-tock, tick-tock.
